We’ve added to Android market an application that has two widgets: one for 8 most called numbers and one for 8 most messaged numbers. We wrote it after we had to manually add direct call shortcuts to the desktop, and we gave up after 4 numbers. The widgets are populated automatically from one month of call or message logs, and are updated automatically. We use it regularly, and we want other people to know about it and use it too (its free – we do it for fame and glory).
