PING Optimizer for Your Blog Ping List
There are 2 Ping Optimizer wordpress plugins for your blog ping list: cbnet Ping Optimizer and MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer. cbnet Ping Optimizer is my favorite though.

The cbnet Ping Optimizer plugin installs itself under the Settings Menu as "cbnet Ping Optimizer". It automatically picks your blog ping list from Settings->Writing section. There are no settings to be done. Look at screenshots below:
It shows the ping log for your blog ping list every time you publish a new article. if you would click on the date, it would expand to show the results for each of the ping servers on your ping list.
With this ping optimizer installed and working in the background, you can rest easy knowing that your ping list would be pinged without you being ever banned from the ping servers.

MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer is good as well. You can use any one of these two.
